Ducklings by Annabel Langrish
Ducklings. Irish Art by Annabel Langrish
Not quite your fully fledged waddle ... yet. These little ducklings were raised by Annabel's neighbour and they followed her everywhere thinking she was their mother. Annabel was inspired to paint this gorgeous piece.
Open Edition mounted and framed Giclee Print (23cmx23cm). White mounting and white frame.
Artist Annabel Langrish is surrounded by her inspiration- the wildlife, flowers and birds around her home in Ahakista on the beautiful Sheepshead Peninsula in West Cork. Her original paintings are in oil on textured handmade paper. Her unique technique translates beautifully into limited and open edition prints, giving her work a timeless appeal. Favourite subjects are pigs (she has 3 pet kunekune pigs!), hares, herons and foxes.
Giclee prints are a state-of-the-art rendering, merging professional grade digital print with archival pigment inks and fine-art watercolour papers. The paper used is an acid free unbuffered pulp which along with the pigmented inks will last over 75 years without fading, if not displayed in direct sunlight
